The Challenge: The Sales & Integration Bottleneck

Paysafe’s embedded wallet services were experiencing rapid growth, but manually customizing UI mockups for every single B2B client pitch was creating a massive bottleneck. We needed a scalable solution to empower the sales team to pitch faster, while simultaneously providing external developers with strict, standardized guidelines for implementation.

Strategy & Leadership

I moved the team from “Manual Mockups” to an Automated Demo Engine. I architected a scalable white-label framework that allowed services to be embedded into external partner ecosystems with 80% less manual design effort.

Architecture

Built a scalable white-label framework using Figma variables. This allowed us to automatically swap a client’s brand (logos, colors, fonts) across complex embedded wallet flows (100+ flows) in minutes rather than days.

Standardization

Documented clear flow sequences and styling limitations, creating a definitive “Truth of the Product” blueprint that eliminated guesswork for external client developers during integration.

Sales Enablement

Developed an interactive master template and 10 industry-specific demo apps (Gaming, E-commerce, etc.). This empowered the sales team to instantly pitch high-fidelity, customized prototypes without needing a designer in the room.
